▼ During Planet Paradigm, you’ll find a safe(r) space on the festival grounds — a calm place where you can go for support during difficult or uncomfortable situations. An awareness team is also present to help ensure safety and wellbeing, offer support, and find an appropriate solution. You can recognize them by their purple vests.

▼ Although the terrain is rough, we’ve made it as wheelchair-friendly as possible. There is an accessible toilet, which you can find near the first aid station (EHBO), the pathways are wheelchair accessible, and a ramp has been installed at the Forest Stage.

▼ Over the years, some things have understandably changed, but we will always stand by our core values, such as: the safety of our visitors and the vibrant atmosphere on the dance floor. The intimacy. You, our dear and loyal visitors, have played a significant role in preserving these elements, something we are proud of and deeply appreciate. The request to set aside your mobile phones on the dance floor serves as a reminder to enjoy the moment, each other's energy and the artistry of the DJs. We'll ensure that memorable moments are captured, allowing you to fully immerse yourself!
How to get there
Location: Paradigm terrain
▼ A new bike path has been created to reach het Suikerterrein more quickly, called het Suikerzijde Pad. You can park your bike along this route, just follow the signs. Traffic stewards will be present to guide you (check out the instruction video). Dropped off by taxi? Cross the pedestrian bridge, turn left, and walk past the Zeefgebouw and Stadslab to reach the festival site. Just follow the signs, you’ll find the entrance with no problem.
▼ How do I get to the event by car? The address is Suikerlaan 2. Enter the gate at the site where the Opus is, round to the right, take the turn on your left and go until you see the Zeefgebouw. Please drive along nice and easy. There is plenty of parking space for cars outside the building. Walk towards our festival site. Keep left of the massive chimney and keep going along the left side of the Stadslab building. Walk straight ahead for 75 meters, take a right turn and then it's a straight shot towards the entrance (check out the instruction video). Parking is free.
Payment options
1.) You can only use your pin/debit card at the bar.
2.) You can also deposit cash on a special Paradigm prepaid card, which will be available at the cash desk near the Forest Stage.
3.) Each prepaid card has a unique QR code. You’re able to check your balance by scanning the QR code from your card.
